My favorite lamb of 2009. Fantastic fleece, excellent potential for high parasite resistance (her sire has not needed to be dewormed yet this year), her mother always throws lambs that are a step up from herself in conformation. Not the biggest line in the flock, but they more than make up for it in every other way.
2010 was a great year for this ewe. She twinned as a one winter ewe and did a fantastic job with them. She grew out more than any of the other one winter ewes this spring/summer, plus she had fantastic resistance to the parasites this summer. Her fleece and horn grew out more beautifully than any other sheep in the flock. I think she could end up being the star of the flock, and I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for her.
