"Georgie" Black Gray Mouflan Horned Icelandic Ewe - twin
It is probable that Georgie cannot be bred, therefore she is being sold as a fiber animal only. She was born with very large thick horn buds, like a ram would have. Her horns are still larger than a typical ewes. Her external female parts are also atypical. I believe that she would be considered a hermaphrodite. She would probably make a good companion animal for a ram where a person wishes to keep only one ram on the farm. She has very nice fleece and a pretty, feminine head. Our shearer said that she would probably live a very long and healthy life, since
she will never have the stress of lambing, nor the stress of a breeding ram.
